Based on the information submitted to the Town, the Association has no objection to finishing the room over the garage providing that all work complies with Town Building Code requirements and that the necessary permits are obtained. It is agreed that there will be no employees except current residents and that there will be no business conducted that will create additional traffic and parking. There will be no sign identifying this location as a business address. Also as requested, we have no objection to regular residential type skylights being installed in the roof over the garage providing that it is approved by the Town and that the workmanship is of professional quality, properly flashed and does not detract from the exterior appearance of the house. Work performed by the Owner or any contractor other than C&C Developers/Marsh Enterprises will be excluded from the builders warranty. Existing work that is altered by the construction, such as the garage roof, will also be excluded from the warranty. We wish you good luck and success in conducting a home business. tBry n H.
