This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. The operation of the office is restricted to the present owners. 2. The permit will expire on April 28, 2003 and will have to be renewed at that time. 3. Hours of operation will be limited to four (4) hours per weekday (12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m./7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.) Ten (10) hours will be allowed on the weekend. 4. The applicant will also have to complete a home occupation form. 5. Entrance doorway on side .of garage shall meet approval of the Building Department. This doorway will serve as an interconnection between business and main part of the house. 6. The entrance to the new office area must comply with State and local building codes, and must be located on the side of the garage. 7. This approval is subject to the following conditions: 1. The business must be operated by the present homeowners. 2. The permit will expire on April 22,2008, and will have to be renewed at that time. 3. Hours of operation will be limited to Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:00p.m.—8:00P.m.; Tuesday 2:00p.m.—6:00 p.m.; Thursday 9:00a.m.— 1:00p.m.; and Saturday 8:00a.m.— 2:00p.m.; closed on Sunday. 4. Refuse from the business cannot be disposed of with residential refuse. Adequate arrangements must be made for business refuse disposal. 5. Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings,requires a building permit prior to start of construction.
