Banach, Director of Planning From: Jerry C. Iazzetta, P.E., Town Engine e Date: February 7, 2001 Re: Rogo Distributors Site Plan — 01-03P We have reviewed the drawings dated 1/29/2001 for the proposed Rogo Distributors Site Plan and have the following comments: 1. Catch basins should be placed in the proposed driveway at Commerce Way. These should be connected to the catch basin in front of the existing building. 2. The proposed spot grade at the northeast corner of the addition in the proposed pavement is shown as 80.00. This appears to be the low spot in the paved area. How will stormwater be handled at this location? 3. The new paved parking area should be graded toward the stormwater system on site. 4. The 15' radius at the new driveway seems small. What type vehicles will be utilizing this drive?
