The applicant is requesting a two year temporary and conditional permit for a storage unit (28' X 14') to be located adjacent to the existing building at 260 Ellington Road, I-291 Corridor zone. This unit will be placed in the side yard on an existing lawn area. 2. There is an existing drainage easement in favor of lot 2 on the southerly side of this lot. The applicant has obtained a letter from the Lot 3 owners indicate in they have reviewed the plan for a temporary structure and that they have no objections. 3. The wording of the T & C permit regulation is that, "Temporary and conditional permits may be granted by the Commission for a use which is not specified elsewhere in these regulations for a period not to exceed two years. Such approval may be given after a Public Hearing if, in the judgment of the Commission, the public convenience and welfare will be substantially served, and the appropriate use of neighboring property will not be substantially or permanently injured, and traffic and other hazards will not result from such use." 4. This unit will be placed in the side yard on an existing lawn area, in the area where there is an existing shed and fence in the area that will continued to be used (and the fence relocated). The applicant has indicated that no grading will be necessary for the installation of the building and will be used for storage of products to free up more room for manufacturing. 2. There is an existing drainage easement in favor of lot 2 on the southerly side of this lot. The applicant has obtained a letter from the Lot 3 owners indicate in they have reviewed the plan for a temporary structure and that they have no objections. 3.
