1. Request for approval renewal of a temporary and conditional permit for a
display/storage facility to the rear of the existing Farm Tek building on Route 5
northerly of Strong Road, Industrial zone.
2. The temporary and conditional regulations provide for a period not to exceed 2
years for a use, which is not specified elsewhere in the regulations.
3. The storage facility is located on an existing crushed stone area, so drainage and
impervious surfaces are not significantly altered.
4. If this application is approved,the planning department has no requested
modifications.

request for renewal of a temporary and conditional permit for a temporary shelter at
property located on 1395 John Fitch Boulevard. The following terms and conditions
apply:
1. The permit is for two years and will expire on October 3, 2002.
