Request for resubdivision of two existing properties to rearrange existing lot lines, on property located at 248 and 260 Chapel Road, I zone. It appears that the original configuration of the lot lines may have been designed so that the railroad siding was located on property belonging to 260 Chapel Road; the rtonfiguration would result in the railroad siding residing on property belonging to both 248 and 260 Chapel Road. The area of both lots is well in excess of the 1/2 acre requirement in the industrial zone; and there are no nonconformities created by the reconfiguration of the lot lines. 2. A site plan for Bridgestone/Firestone was recently approved for 260 Chapel Road. This minor resubdivision has no effect on the recently-approved site plan. If this application is approved, the Planning Dept. requests that the key map be completed at 100-scale, with all items in accordance with regulations, including identification of abutters within the 500' radius. t 10'" "4 y ~ -0-i", O-PAft .a u 1540 SULLIVAN AVENUE•SOUTH WINDSOR, CT 06074-2786 soR-CO AREA CODE 860/644-2511 FAX 860/644-3781 February 2, 1999 CERTIFIED MAIL Lisa M.
