Dear Mr. Bellefleur:
Re: Appl #97-53PX, Belco Site Plan
We are pleased to advise you that the Planning 8s Zoning Commission voted on September
9, 1997 to approve with modifications the above referenced application for a modification to
a Site Plan for the construction of a 60'x 40' storage facility on property located at 46
Kennedy Road as shown on plans prepared by Sreenath 8v Rehmer, Civil Engineers, Project
No: 5173 and dated May 22, 1997. This approval is subject to the following modifications:
1. No building permit will be issued until the final mylars have been filed in the Town
Clerk's office.
2. An as-built plan is required prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy per Section
8.1.10 of the Zoning Regulations.
Black and white transparent mylars of Sheet #2 with the above modifications, together with
three blueprint copies of the entire set of plans must be submitted to this Commission
within 30 days to be stamped and signed. The letter of approval of this Commission must
be reproduced on the mylars.
After the mylars have been signed by the Commission, they will be returned to you for filing
in the Office of the Town Clerk within 90 days. After filing these plans, a copy of the receipt
must be submitted to the Planning Department.
