Re: Appl. #2367-97—Town of South Windsor/Matthew Galligan, 333 Troy Road, RR Zone.
Dear Matt:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on September 4, 1997, the Board
approved your request for a variance to Section 11.2 to allow a single family residence without a garage, at
333 Troy Road, RR Zone.
Approval is subject to the Planning and Zoning Commission approving the new site plan as shown on
the Map B which was submitted with the application drawn up by Designs Professionals.
The Board concluded the hardship on the property to be as follows: There is difficulty realigning the
boundary lines because of an existing septic system. Having the property without a garage would be the
only viable solution.
Any new building, or alterations/additions to existing building, require a building permit prior to start of
construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own
expense.
Very truly yours,
