At that time the lot for Carter Rice was sized to accomodate the existing building and an addition to the structure equal in size to the present building. The proposed addition net all the zoning requirements at the time the existing site was approved by TPZ. The existing site was graded the accomodate the addition. The proposed addition will meet all building lines. The new zoning requirements have been made more encumbering for impervious coverage since the original site plan was approved in July 1981, therefore, we are asking for 8.5 % variance in coverage. If you have any questions please feel free to call me. Thank you. Sincerely yours, Jeffrey L. Herz, Project Manager Palmberg & Russo KURTZ BROTHERS, INC. 319 Nutmeg Rd.
