Dear Mr. Fortune:
Reference: Application #1471-89, Car Wash
C
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on July--.I*, 1989,
a variance was granted to Section 3 . 10 . 3a and 4 .7 . 2 to construct a
car wash in the industrial zone at the existing gas station at 569
Sullivan Avenue, I zone as shown on plans prepared by Decker &
Company, 33 Park Plaza, Lee, Mass . , dated December 6, 1988.
The hardship with this appeal is that this is an existing fuel
station.
The condition with this variance is that it is conditional upon site
plan approval by Planning & Zoning Commission.
This action is effective July 21, 1989 and upon your filing of the
enclosed form in the Town Clerk's office at your own expense.
Very truly yours,
Richard Eriksson, Chairpers
