Dear Mr. Prestileo:
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on May 11, 1989,
variances were granted to section 5. 2 of the zoning regulations to
allow 68% impervious coverage, and to section 4 .5 .4 .4 to allow a sign
24 sq. ft. on property located on the northerly side of Sullivan
Avenue, GC zone.
The sign shall not be wider than 6 ' nor the top of the sign higher
than 10' off the ground. The sign will be internally lit and must be
shut off at 11:00 P.M. The approval is based on plans prepared by
Lucek Engineering Assoc. Inc. , sheets 1-3, dated 9-28-88 and project
#87-12 .
The hardship shown is that the size of the only freestanding sign the
applicant is allowed is not large enough to advertise the tenants of
his building which is situated on a busy state road. The entrance to
the site has to be large enough to eliminate danger when entering or
exiting the area. Therefore the impervious coverage will be greater
than allowed.
This action is effective May 11, 1989 and upon your filing of the
enclosed form in the Town Clerk's office at your own expense.

EASTERLY by land now or formerly of Thomas Kerry, two hundred
