Re : Variance Application of Richard Szeluga
Dear Board Members :
We ' re contemplating buying the lot# 162 on Newmarker Rd which is
abutting Mr. Szeluga' s property. We are aware of his application
to subdivide the parcel so that the empty space next to lot# 162
will be a lot for a residential house . We support the application
but at the same time it would be nice if Mr. Szelu,5a was to remove
the old barn and to give a face lift to his current residence would
be quite an enhancement for the neighberhood.
