IMPORTANT: This application must be submitted to the Planning Department by the second
Friday of the preceding month to insure being heard at the next meeting.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE ANSWERED AND ALL SUPPLEHMS MUST BE SUBMITTED. THE APPLICATION STILL BE
RETURNED IF INCOMPLETE.
The application and supplements must be filed in duplicate.
The application must be typewritten or printed in ink.
A Class D or better survey of the property in question must be submitted with the
application showing streets, lot lines, building lines, zone boundary lines, dimensions,
and buildings present or proposed, and buildings on adjacent properties and distance
from subject property.
If a variance is being requested, a legal description of the property must be submitted
with the application. This description can be obtained from mortgage records.
The sign from the Planning Department must be displayed on the property at least 10 days
prior to the public hearing in a location visible from all abutting streets.
The applicant, or a representative, must be present for the public hearing. The time,
date and place of the hearing will be advised by mail.
Inquiries on this application may be directed to the Planning Department at the South
Windsor Town Hall.

town to see what the problei:l was.
The ramp is not in full view as our hemlocks are partially

iuy son built a skateboard rac,p in my oackyara which is oe-
hind 9 foot hemlocks that border my yard. the ramp is on my
property which lays right next to fir. Brisson' s property line,
who is my neighbor in the back of .me.
They have put a lot of time and effort and money into it , and
it was 90%o up when the town inspector had came out and told them
..to stop building. Not knowine, that Iilr. Brisson had called the town
inspector when it was only 10o up, they proceeded on building; not

spector came out he Cold them to stop, that was when it was 90 0
done and the date then was September 2 ,1987. 1 then called the
town to see what the proble,u was.
