KNOW YE, THAT WE, FREDERICK A. MIKOLITE and KATHERINE MAY MIKOLITE, both of the
Town of Portsmouth, State of Rhode Island
for divers good causes and considerations thereunto moving, especially for ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER
VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS BUT LESS THAN ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS
received to our full satisfaction of MELVIN SCHMIDT and SHIRLEY SCHMIDT,
both of the Town of South Windsor, County of Hartford and State of Connecticut
have remised,released,and forever quit-claimed, and do by these presents,for
ourselves and our mvAheirs,justly and absolutely remise,release,and forever
QUIT-CLAIM unto the said MELVIN SCHMIDT and SHIRLEY SCHMIDT, their
heirs and assigns forever, all such right and title as we, the said FREDERICK A.

ha ve or ought to have in or to all that certain piece or parcel of land, situated in
the Town of South Windsor, County of Hartford and State of Connecticut, on the westerly
side of Slater Street, so-called, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows, to wit:
NORTHERLY: by premises owned by Arne A. Carlson and Barbara K. Carlson, Two Hundred
Ten (210) feet;
EASTERLY: by the westerly boundary of Slater Street, so-called, One Hundred Twenty-
Three (123) feet;
SOUTHERLY: by land formerly owned by Frederick A. Mikolite, et ux, now owned by
Robert N. Willis et ux, Two Hundred Sixteen and sixty-eight one-hundredths
(216.68) feet; and
WESTERLY: by other land owned formerly by Frederick A. Mikolite, et ux, Sixty-Nine
and sixty one-hundredths (69.60) feet.
This deed is given to correct an error in the description in two certain deeds appearing
in the South Windsor Land Records in Volume 63, Page 451 and Volume 66, Page 27
wherein the starting point of the premises described in said deeds was said to be
189.17 feet as measured northeasterly "from an iron pipe set in the north boundary of
Deming Street". In actual fact, said iron pipe was set in the approximate north
boundary of premises owned now by Francis H. & Elizabeth B. Rowe.

Dear Mr. Schmidt:
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on March 2,
1989, a variance was granted to Section 5 . 2 of the Zoning
Regulations to allow the construction of a barn 10' (20'
required) from the sideline. The Commission denied without
prejudice the request for a variance to allow the construction of
a barn 10' (50 ' required) from the rear line.
As you are owner of the rear property, it is suggested by the
Commission to remove the property line between the two properties
to accomodate the construction of the barn.
This action is effective March 17, 1989 and upon your filing of
the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's office at your own expense.
