ALL ITEMS MUST BE ANSWERED AND ALL SUPPLEMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED. THE APPLICATION WILL BE

- The application and supplements must be filed in triplicate
- The application must be typewritten or printed in ink.
- A Class D or better survey of the property in question must be submitted with the application
shoving streets, lot lines, buildinv ].inns, zone boundary lines, dimartaiarza, and W- Udings
present or proposed, and buildings on adjacent properties and distance from subject property.
- If a variance is being requested, a legal description of the property must be submitted with
the application. This description can be obtained from mortgage records.
- The sign purchased from the Planning Department must be displayed on the property at least 1Q
days prior to the public hearing in a location visible from all abutting streets.
- The applicant, or a representative, must be present for the public hearing. The timeg-date
and place of the hearing will be advised by mail.
- Inquiries on this application may be directed to the Planning Department or Building Departme
at the South Windsor Town Hall.

Dear Gentlemen:
At the March 2, 1989 meeting, the Zoning Board of Appeals denied
without prejudice your request for variances to Sections 4 .4 .5
and 5 . 4 of the Zoning Regulations to allow less buffer than
required next to the residential area. The site is located at
1079 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, GC zone.
It was the consensus of the Commission that no 'hardship was
demonstrated and no specific proposals were presented to them as
to the exact plans for the site.
