Pease: This is to notify you that your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a two year temporary and conditional permit to allow an in-family apartment on property located at 64 Morgan Farms Road, South Windsor, A-20 zone, has been granted subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. Permit is for a two (2) year maximum period. 2 . When addition is no longer used as a dwelling, kitchen is to be removed and area will be converted into other living space. In granting this permit the Board noted that this is a family situation and approval does not make this property income producing. If the family situation should change, the home will have to be restored to a one-family condition. This action is effective December 16, 1988.
