At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on February 2,
1989 , a two year temporary and conditional permit was granted to
allow an in-family apartment, RR zone.
Upon the demise of the _occupant or before the sale of the house, the
kitchen has to be removed.
This action is effective February 17, 1989 . The permit will have to
be renewed in two years if you wish to continue this use.
