The applicant intends to upgrade the facility to include an overhead canopy to protect patrons from inclement elements. Ordinarily a general commercial zone has a sideline restriction of 10 feet. Because it is a corner lot a portion of the lot abutting the street is treated as if it fronted on the street and hence requires a 50 foot set back.
