My investigations were conducted utilizing a spade and auger. The boundaries were marked with numbered blue flagging in the field to be located by your firm. The wetlands that were delineated on site were on the eastern side of a stream that flows through the property. The majority of the site is utilized for fanning activities. Predominate soils in the wetlands are Walpole loams(WcA). Walpole soils are very deep(>65 inches),poorly drained soils that form in sandy water sorted glacial outwash and stratified drift. They are nearly level to gently sloping soils in drainageways and low lying positions on terraces and plains. Permeability of the Walpole soils is moderately rapid in the surface layers and subsoil and rapid or very rapid in the substratum.
