Application for a site plan modification for their existing site located on the westerly side of Route 5 and the northerly side of Burnham Street, GC zone. 2. The applicant is requesting to modify the approval condition which required the garage doors facing Burnham Street to remain closed at all times with the exception of entering and exiting the site. The applicant had a similar request before this Commission in November of 1996 which was denied. The difference with this proposal is that the applicant is proposing to allow one overhead door (south east corner of the building) to remain open during the truck washing or vehicle servicing operation. Door to remain otherwise, other than the entering and exiting of vehicles. If this plan is approved, there are no planning modification to request.
