MAY 21 1996 Date: 0512011996 Subject: RESOURCE RENEWAL SITE PLAN96-18P South Windsor Planning & Zoning Commission We have received your comments dated April 10, 1996, and respond as follows: 1. The proposed curtain drain is depicted as an extension of the existing curtain drains connecting the existing drains on the north and south of the property. The proposed curtain drain as been revised to depict a high point to carry flows to each of the existing drains at a slope of 0.5%. The proposed curtain drain inverts are to match existing inverts as noted on the revised plans. 2. The proposed building configuration as depicted is different from as previously approved on March 30, 1990, (Planning and Zoning Commission) but because of an active Inland Wetlands Permit the footprint of the impervious coverage of the site has not changed. The proposed impervious coverage of this submission as been limited to the impervious coverage of the previously approved plans of March 30, 1990. Overall site drainage has not been altered in this submission. Therefore, we feel the drainage computations as submitted with the previous approval remain valid.
