Dear Phyllis,
This letter serves as my official request that the Commission waive the$60 application fee charged to
process my subdivision zoning application for the purpose of building a house on the lot next to 242 Felt
Road. The reason for my request is that I had already paid the fee when I first applied for a subdivision
in October, 1995.
If anyone has any questions on this matter, please don't hesitate to call me in Windsor at 683-3273.
Thanks for your time.
