Levack, Chairperson Planning and Zoning Commission Town of South Windsor 1540 Sullivan Avenue South Windsor, CT 06074 RE: Application - Truck Loading Enclosure Water Pollution Control Authority Dear Mr. Levack: The Town' s Pubic Works Department has submitted a site plan application relative to the construction of a small prefabricated truck loading enclosure at the Water Pollution Control Facility on Vibert Road. In preparation of the application materials, it was discovered that there was no A-2 survey available for this site. Therefore, in respect to this project, we hereby request of the Planning and Zoning Commission a waiver of the requirement for an A-2 survey. Very truly yours, C. F. Shaw Town of South Windsor 1540 Sullivan Avenue South Windsor, CT 06074 Dear Mr. Shaw: Re: Appl #96-49PX - WPCA Building/1 Vibert Road We are pleased to advise you that the above referenced application was approved with modifications for a Site Plan of Development on property located at 1 Vibert Road, FP zone. This approval is subject to the following modifications: 1. No building permit will be issued until the final mylars have been filed in the Town Clerk's Office. 2. An as-built plan is required prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy per Section 4.13.10 of the Zoning Regulations. 3. Footing drains are required if the building has a basement. 4. All plans used in the field by the developer must bear the stamp and authorized signature of the Town of South Windsor. 4. Zoning data table should be shown on the plans. Black and white transparent mylars of Sheets #SP-1 with the above modifications, together with three blueprint copies of the entire set of plans must be submitted to this Commission within 30 days to be stamped and signed. The letters of approval of this Commission must be reproduced on the mylars. After the mylars have been signed by the Commission, they will be returned to you for filing in the Office of the Town Clerk within 90 days. After filing these plans, a copy of the receipt must be submitted to the Planning Department. Very truly yours Michele R.
