IMPORTANT: This application must be submitted to the Planning Department by the second
Friday of the preceding month to insure being heard at the next meeting.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE ANSWERED AND ALL SUPPLE14ENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED. THE APPLICATION WILL BE
RETURNED IF INCOMPLETE.
- The application and supplements must be filed in duplicate, typed or printed in ink.
- A Class D or better survey of the property in question must be submitted with the
application showing streets, lot lines, building lines, zone boundary lines, dimensions,
and buildings present or proposed, and buildings on adjacent properties and distance
.from subject property.
If a variance is being requested, a legal description of the property must be submitted
with the application.. This description can be obtained from mortgage records.
- The sign from the Planning Depa-twe-n must be displayed on the property at least 10 days
prior to the public hearing in a joc&tion visible from all abutting streets.
- The applicant, or a representative, must be present for the public hearing. The time,
date and place of the hearing will be advised by mail.
- Inquiries on this application may be directed to the Planning Depar ment at the So
Windsor Town Hall.

At the September 1, 1994 meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board
of Appeals , the Board approved your request under Section 14 .55 of
the General Statutes for a location approval for a used car dealer' s
license at 105 Edwin Road, Bay 16 , I zone with the following
condition:
1 . There shall not be more than three cars stored outside of the
bay overnight .
This action is effective September 1, 1994 and upon your submission
of an application for automobile dealer' s or repairer' s license (K-7
REV. 1-90 ) State of Connecticut form for signature by ZBA Chairman
Warren and subsequent submission to the Department of Motor Vehicles .
