At the July 26 , 1994 Special Meeting of the South Windsor Zoning
Board of Appeals , your application for a 18" variance to Section
10 . 2 of the Zoning Regs . to allow for a 22 ' front yard for the
addition of a porch at 740 Governor' s Highway was approved.
The Board noted your hardship to be that the house predates zoning
regulations .
This action is effective July 26 , 1994 and upon your filing of the
enclosed form in the Town Clerk' s office at your own expense .
