RE: ZBA Application #2151-93: City Sign, Inc.
1315 John Fitch Boulevard
Dear Sirs:
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on September
2, 1993, your request for a variance to Section 6 . 1 . 5 . 7 of the
zoning regulations to allow a second building sign of 10 ft. by
22 ft. at 1315 John Fitch Blvd. , I Zone, was approved.
The Board noted the hardship with this appeal to be the speed of
traffic along John Fitch Boulevard and the difficulty of
identifying the property from the north when traveling in a
southerly direction due to the 4 lane width of the Boulevard.
This action is effective September 2, 1993 and upon your filing
of the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's office at your own
expense.
Very truly yours,
Robert W. Warren, Chairman
Zoning Board of Appeals
