Ross-zick : At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on September 2, 1993, your request for a variance to Section 10. 2 of the zoning regulations to allow a 38 ft. front yard and building construction with impervious coverage of 15% at 691 Chapel Rd. , RR Zone, was approved. The Board noted the hardship with this appeal to be the existing non-conforming situation of the property, 'the odd shape of the lot, that construction of home occurred prior to zoning regulations for size of lot and the deteriorating health of the applicant ' s mother for whom the addition is being built . This action is effective September 2, 1993 and upon your filing of the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's office at your own expense. Very truly yours, Robert W.
