At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on May 6 ,
1993, your request for a 15 ft . 6 inch variance to Section 10 . 2
of the zoning regulations to allow a 19 ft . 6 inch front yard (35
ft . required) at 78 Edwin Rd . , I Zone, was approved .
The Board noted the hardship with this appeal as being the lack
of available space in which to grow and the existing concrete
footings having been in place for the past 17 years .
This action is effective May 6, 1993 and upon your filing of the
enclosed form in the Town Clerk ' s office at your own expense.
