William J . Krawski 130 Buckland Road South Windsor, CT 06074 RE: Application #2077-92 - William J. Krawski 130 Buckland Road Dear Mr . Krawski : This is to notify you that at the October 1 , 1992 meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals your request for a two year temporary & conditional permit for a miniature golf course, batting cages .and horse rides located at 130 Buckland Road (AA-30 Zone) was denied . The Board stated the following reasons for its denial : The public convenience and welfare will not be substantially served by your request ; neighborhood properties will be injured as property is located in the highest residential zone in the town; road is too narrow; there are no sidewalks and traffic conditions are at a severe level as evidenced by the State' s plan to improve Buckland Road.
