William Krawski 130 Buckland Road South Windsor, Ct 06074 RE: ZBA Application #1612-90 Dear Mr . Krawski : At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on January 3, 1991, a variance was granted to Section 4 . 2 . 5 of the Zoning Regulations to allow a 5 foot by 8 foot sign . The following conditions apply to the approval of the sign : 1 . The sign to be fastened to the existing post located 10 feet from the curb of Buckland Road . The horizontal bar on the post can not exceed any further than it currently extends . (Building permit is required for the sign) 2 . This sign is the only permitted sign on the town road right of way. All other signs must be removed . The Zoning Board voted to deny your request for a variance to Section 4 . 13 of the Zoning Regulations for requirement of site plan approval for restaurant on property located at 130 Buckland Rd . (AA- 30 Zone) The commission felt there was not sufficient information submitted to determine the specific variances needed . The Board recommends the applicant apply to the Planning and Zoning Commission for site plan approval . If specific variances are needed at that time the applicant may reapply to this board .
