This is to notify you that at the September 3, 1992 meeting of
the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals your request for a
temporary and conditional permit for a carpet cleaning home
occupation on property located at Building 1 , Unit A7 of 949
Pleasant. Valley Road, MFA Zone, has been tabled until the October
1 , 1992 Work Session . The Zoning Board of Appeals is requesting
the Town Attorney ' s assistance in determining whether the Zoning
Board of Appeals is able to act upon your application based on
your condominium association ' s rules and regulations regarding
home occupations .
You will be notified once a decision has been rendered.

Dear Mr . Woods :
This is to notify you that at the October 1 , 1992 meeting of the
South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals your request for a two year
temporary & conditional permit for a a home occupation for a
carpet cleaning business located at Building 1 , Unit A7 , 949
Pleasant Valley Road (MFA Zone) was approved .
The following conditions shall apply :
1 . Only an answering machine may be located on the premises
for said home occupation.
2 . All other equipment must be stored elsewhere.
Please note that although the Zoning Board of appeals has granted
your request, it is your responsibility to seek approval through
your condominiums ' association for a home occupation.
This action is effective October 1 , 1992 . This permit will
expire in (October(October 1 , 1994) and will have to be renewed
at that time.
