Conditions : With respect for definition of buildable area, approval:
shall not be limited to areas with a slope over the 15% requirement
onthe condition that said slope shall not exceed 18% and that no fill
shall be removed from each lot and no fill brought onto each lot with,
the exception of normal construction fill .
Hardship: The removal of trees and natural landscaping on the slope in
question in order to grade the slope would break the natural barrier
and become a detriment instead of an asset to the land . In addition ,
denial of application would leave each lot unbuildable due to the 15%
slope regulation when there are other houses within the surrounding
area built on the same slope .

130 Buckland Road
Dear Mr . Krawski :
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on. Marc'^ 5 .

Conditions placed or ti! is approval are as follows : W= th respect
for definition of buildable area , approval shall not be limited
to areas with a slope over the 15°0' requirement on the condition
that said slope shall not exceed . 910 and t^at no fill shall be
removed from each lot and no fill brought onto each lot with the
exception of normal construction fill .
The hardship placed with this azceal is that removal of trees and
natural landscaping c- the slope in auestion in order to grade
the slope wo': ld break the natura': barrier and become a detriment
instead of an asset to the land . in addition , denial of this
applicatior. would leave each lot u:-)buildable due to the 15% s ' oge
regulation when there are other houses within the surrounding
area built on the same type of slope .
This action is effective March 5 , 1992 and upon your filing of
the enclosed form in. the Town Clerk ' s office at your own expense.
