RE : ZBA Application #2051-92 : Avery Street Christian Reformed
Church , 661 Avery Street
Dear Mr . Knoops :
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on June 4 .
1992 , a variance was approved to Section 4 . 1 . 5 of the Zoning
Regulations to allow replacement of existing signs with a 48
square foot sign on property located at 661 Avery Street ( RR
Zone) .
The hardship placed with this appeal is due to the extreme si , , e
and contour of the land which would make a smaller sign
ineffective for purpose intended .
Please note the following conditions placed on the variance
granted : the sign is to be a carved , wooden structure , as shown
on plans submitted with application , approximately 48 square feet
in total area and a mimimum of 25 feet from the property ine on
Beelzebub Road and Avery Street .
This action is effective June 4, 1992 and upon your filing of the
enclosed form in the Town Clerk ' s office at your own expense .
Very truly yours ,
Robert W . Warren , Chairman
