Lori L. plourd Mr. Michael A. Riley 181 Graham Road South Windsor, CT 06074 RE: Application #2042-92 Dear Madam/Sir: At the April 2, 1992, the Zoning Board of Appeals denied your request for a temporary and conditional permit for a home business to sell old collectibles and small items (Sundays only) on property located at 181 Graham Road, A-20 zone. The reasons for denial are as follows: 1. The proximity of the property to two local churches which hold services on Sunday. 2 . Graham Road is a heavily traveled road. 3 . The intersection at Graham Road and Steep_Road is a dangerous intersection. 4 . There is an inadequate sight line on Graham Road looking north. Wobert ruly yours, W.
