RE : ZBA Application #1673-91 - 2051 Ellington Road
Dear Mr . Nachyly:
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on June 6, 1991,
a 6 foot variance was granted to Section 3 . 10 & 5 . 2 of the Zoning
Regulations to allow enlargement of an existing 9 foot by 10 foot
non-conforming shed, to 10 feet by 14 feet, to be located 14 feet
from the property line on property located at 2051 Ellington Rd . (RR
Zone)
The Board noted because of the location of the existing pool the
shed can not be moved further into the property.
This action is effective upon your filing of the enclosed form in
the Town Clerk's office at your own expense .
Very truly yours ,
Robert Warren
Chairman
