RE : ZBA Application #1648-91 - 442 Strong Rd .
Dear Mrs . Reid :
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on April 4,
1991 , a 25 foot variance was granted under Section 4 . 11 . 3 . a of the
Zoning Regulations to allow less than 200 feet of frontage on a town
street as required to apply for the creation of a Designed Residence
Zone , on property located at 442 Strong Rd . (RR Zone)
The Board noted the property has the required frontage, but it is
not contiguous because of one lot that was created in the center .
The Zoning Board specified they are not acting on the creation of
the Designed Residence Zone .
This action is effective upon your filing of the enclosed form in
the Town Clerk's office at your own expense .
Very truly yours,
Robert Warren
Chairman
