When the location was originally built in 1964, the service station was a permitted use. The location was rebuilt in 1989 and reopened on October 23, 1989 as a Mobil Mart. The car wash and Mobil Mart will only be 7 .4% of total land area of 71 , 337 sq. ft. or 1 .64 acres. Request for additional property to be zoned the same as the Mobil Mart location to allow for construction of car wash. Additionally, impervious coverage will be 29.0% vs. maximum allowable of 60.0%.
