The application and supplements must be filed in duplicate.
- The application must be t pp typewritten or printed in ink.
- A Class D or better survey of the property in question must be aubmittad with'the
application showing streets, lot lines, building lines, zone boundary lines, dimensions,
and buildings present or proposed, and buildings on adjacent properties and distance
from bject property.
- If a • riance is being requested, a legal description of the property must be submitted
with t.:e application. This description can be obtained from mortgage records.
- The sign from the Planning Department must be displayed on the property at least 10 days
prior to the public hearing in a location visible from all abutting streets.
- The applicant, or a representative, must be present for the public hearing. The time,
date and place of the hearing will be advised by mail.
- Inquiries on this application may be directed to the Planning Department at the South
Windsor Town Hall.

This is to notify you that your application to the South Windsor
Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a two year temporary &
conditional permit to allow an in-law apartment on property located
at 35 Sharon Drive (A-20 Zone) , has been granted subject to the
following terms and conditions .
1 . Permit is for a two (2) year maximum period .
2 . When addition is no longer used as a dwelling, kitchen is to
be removed and area must be converted into other living
space .
In granting this permit the Board noted that this is a family
situation and approval does not make this property income producing.
If the family situation should change, the home will have to be
restored to a one-family condition .
This action is effective January 3, 1991 . This permit will expire
in two years (January 3, 1993) and will have to be renewed at that
time .
