Submit a Site Plan showing an appropriate location for the dumpster (to include a concrete pad and fencing) to Marcia A. Banach, Director of Planning for consideration as an 'in-house" approval; or remove the dumpster from the site. In the interim period the dumpster should be covered. 2 . Submit an application to the' Zoning Board of Appeals for a temporary ana conditional permit to allow the keeping of a full size tax trailer on the site; or remove the box trailer from the site. 3 . Register or remove the miscellaneous unregistered vehicles which currently exist on the site. 4 • Clean up the outdoor storage and debris . Rittenband 1734 Ellington Road South Windsor, CT 06074 Dear Attorney Rittenband: Re: Climate Controls Zoning Violation On June 21, 1990 the attached letter and correspondence were forwarded to your office for legal action regarding the outstanding violations of the Zoning Regulations . On October 2, 1990 I went out to the site to find that an additional full size box trailer has been placed on the property which adds to the existing violations of the Zoning Regulations . I have pictures that were taken early in July of 1990 and have taken current pictures of the site. I feel it is important 'ithat the Commission be aware of the current Zoning Violations that exist at the location referenced above as of this date. I have enclosed copies of the correspondence regarding the violations for your use. In addition, I would like to suggest that if the Commission does decide to grant the variance they should make it subject to Site Plan approval by the Planning & Zoning Commission.
