RE: ZBA Application #1540-90
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Bordua:
At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on March 1, 1990,
variances were granted to Section 5 . 2 of the Zoning Regulations, for
a 5 foot variance to the side yard and a 3 foot variance to the
front yard, to allow construction of an addition 15 feet from side
property line (20 feet required) and 47 feet from front property
line (50 feet required) on property located at 1409 Main Street .
(A-40 Zone)
The board noted the hardship being due to the configuration of the
lot and the way the house is placed on the property, the proposed
plan is the most logical for the addition .
It was also noted that the existing house is non-conforming to the
current zoning regulations and is not covered by this variance . The
office space mentioned as part of the addition is for personal use
only and in no way should be used as a business use.
This action is effective upon your filing of the enclosed form in
the Town Clerks office at your own expense.
Very truly yours,
`Mwva t " Z
