COMMENTS :
1 . Note #2, on sheet 2 of 2 states "inland wetland boundaries
delineated by Highland Soils, John Ianni; Certified Soil Scientist,
January 19 , 1988 . A report should be submitted by the Soil
Scientist and the limits, as shown on the plans, should be verified.
2 . The "wetland regulated area line" as shown on sheet 2 of 2
represents the forty-foot setback for wetlands . There is an
intermittent watercourse along the westerly property line; the
eighty-foot setback for a watercourse should be shown.
3 . The proposed additions are nine feet by fifteen feet ( 9 ' x 15 ' ) and
eight feet by nine feet ( 8 ' x 91 ) . They appear to be constructed at
grade . No erosion and sediment control measures should be needed.
The small amount of material that will be excavated should be
removed from the regulated area . This should be noted on the plans .
4 . There is miscellaneous debris and litter along the rear of the
building, near the Swale, that should be cleaned up. This should be
noted on the plans .
5 . Revised plans, and additional information, should be submitted to

Dear Steve:
I have reviewed the plans of the above-referenced property
and have found the representation of the field delineated
wetlands to he substantially correct . The wetlands were
originally field delineated in January of. 1988 - I have also
delineated the wetlands on the Pudeler property to the south, and
have verified the original delineation during my work on the
Pudeler property.
The wetlands consist of a man-made
