No building permit will be issued until the final mylars have been filed in the Town Clerk's Office. 3 . This application is subject to the conditions of approval of the Inland Wetlands Agency/Conservation Commission, including a bond in the amount of $<Me)o 4 . An as-built plan is required prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy per Section 4. 13.10 of the Zoning Regulations. 5 . Footing drains are required if the building has a basement. 6 . FRENCH SOCIAL CIRCLE SITE PLAN PH CONTINUED 2-28-95 This hearing was continued to receive final Architectural and Design Review Board comments regarding the redesigned building. The Board met on February 9 , and after much discussion indicated they would be willing to accept the white split face block with either the slate blue or dark blue roof with the blue shingles on the canopy. However, the board did note a preference for the slate blue roof if shingles are used on the canopy; and for the dark blue roof if the canopy roof could also be dark blue metal . The Board also indicated that, for the metal roof , the raised rib pattern should be 12"-16 " , not 24 . " The applicant is to return for DRB review of light fixtures when they are designed. If the applicant designs a sign that is carved wood and gold leaf , or raised carved) , located on the building as indicated, applicant need not return to DRB for sign review. If the sign is different than indicated, applicant should return for review. DRB also requested that the applicant return for review of landscaping when it is modified for the new building design.
