TIME FRAMES AND PROCEDURES FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS/PLANS
1 . All prospective applicants are urged to confer with Town Planning
Department and Engineering Department staff prior to submission of
any application to the Commission.
2 . Plans are officially received only on the fourth Tuesday of each
month at the Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission
(PLC) .
3 . Three ( 3 ) sets of blueprints are required on the second Tuesday of
the month for review by the Town Planning and Engineering
Departments . This deadline must be met if you want to ensure that
your application is officially received by PZC.
These plans must be submitted as complete plans -- which includes
application plus all required information contained on checklist.
It is the applicant' s responsibility to ensure that all information
required on the checklist is submitted in one package at the time of
submission -- including landscaping plans, architectural elevations,
traffic report, etc.
4 . After review, Town staff will notify the applicant of
requested/required modifications .
5 . If the applicant makes recommended modifications to plans, six sets
of revised plans must be submitted. If a Public Hearing is required
(or optional but likely) then seven sets are required. Revised plans
should be complete packages (applicant may disassemble previously
submitted plans and reuse sheets if so desired) .

CHARBONNEAU INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION - ROUTE 5 - 3 YEAR EXTENSION
REQUEST 511
1 . This subdivision was approved in November 19W; like the
previous subdivision, it originally had a 5-year expiration date,
then was subject to the same new legislation, so that it can now
be extended for three more years it PZC so desires .
2 . Once again, the three main concerns about subdivision
extension are impacts on existing property owners; incomplete
infrastructure; and adequacy of subdivision bonding. In this
case, staff' s main concern is the adequacy of the existing bond.
Engineering/Public Works also request that crack sealing be
performed, and that the depression in the street in front of the
building at 58 (Sandra? or Kim? drive) be repaired.
3 . If approval is granted, we recommend that in addition to
items already discussed, all original approval conditions remain
in effect, and that a new subdivision mylar be filed in the Town
Clerk' s office with the new expiration date (November 17, 1997 ) .

We are pleased to advise you that the Planning & Zoning Commission
voted on February 7 , 1995 to approve with modifications the
above-referenced application for an extension of resubdivision for
eight ( 8 ) lots on property located on Sandra Drive and Kimberly Drive,
I zone as shown on plans prepared by J.R. Russo & Associates, No .
95001 and dated January 10 , 1995 . This approval is subject to the
following modifications :
1 . The new expiration date is November 17 , 1997 .
2 . The bond amount must be re-established using current costs , and
if necessary, existing subdivision surety must be supplemented.
3'. All original approval conditions remain in effect .
4 . The street depression in front of #58 on Sandra Drive must be
repaired. Crack sealing must also be done where needed .
5 . The Commission granted a waiver for sidewalks .
Black and white transparent mylars of Sheet with the above
modifications , together with three blueprint copies of the entire set
of plans must be submitted to this Commission within 30 days to be
stamped and signed. The letters of approval of this Commission must be
reproduced on the mylars .
After the mylars have been signed by the Commission, they will be
returned to you for filing in the Office of the Town Clerk by May 12 ,
1995 . After filing these plans , a copy of the receipt must be
submitted to the Planning Department .
