STEINRUCK SUBDIVISION PUBLIC HEARING
1 . Application for a one-lot subdivision located on the southerly
side of Griffin Road, A-20 zone.
2 . This is an existing house on a lot which was created in 1956,
however it never went through the legal subdivision process .
This was discovered at a recent sale of this house. The
applicant is here tonight to legalize this lot.
3 . The minimum lot size for the A-20 zone is 20, 000 sq ft. When a
survey was done of this property it was discovered that the lot
was 26 sq ft short of the required 20, 000 . The applicant
received a variance for this on Dec. 1, 1994 . All other zoning
requirements appear to have been met, however there is an error
in the zoning data table regarding the height of the building
that should be corrected on the final plans .
4 . Well water and septic currently service the lot. There are no
regulated wetlands nor 100 year floodplain on the lot.
If this application is approved, there are no further planning
or engineering comments .
