Due to the Northerly exposure of the front of our housey each storm that
we have had, for years, has caused excessive flooding and subsequent damage
to our Kitchen, Dining Room and Entrance. We have had to Seal, prime, and
Repaint our ceilings and walls. We also have had to replace the floors and
carpets and linoleum several timesv and we find that we are living with
constant odors of Mildew in our home.
We can remedy the situation by adding an Eight Foot, open porch with a
roof in front of these areas.
For our comfort and weU-being and that of our family, it is essential
that we protect these living areas from even small rainfalls or snows.
