who is my neighbor in the back of me.
They have put a lot of time ana effort and money into it , and
it was 90-lo up when the town inspector had came out and told them

This is to notify you that the South Windsor Zoning Board of
Appeals has voted to grant your request for a one year temporary
and conditional permit to allow the construction of a skateboard
ramp on property located at 68 Berle Road, South Windsor .
In granting this permit the Board noted that the ramp is to be
used only during daylight hours with appropiate noise reduction
measures enforced.
This action will take effect October 20, 1987 and will be in effect
for one year. If at the end of one year you wish to renew this
permit you must come before the Zoning Board of Appeals at that time .
