Sophie Woodka, my neighbor, for a variance for the
location of a tool shed adjacent to the boundary of
my property.
Please be advised that I waive the requirement that
the tool shed be placed. twenty feet from the boundary
line between ray property and her property.
I recommend that Sophie Woodka be granted the
variance she requests.
