As stated on the application form there are no development activities proposed with this application. This application has been submitted to the Planning & Zoning Commission to create a 3 . 87 ± acres lot easterly of Connecticut Avenue with frontage on Governor's Highway. The lot itself only contains approximately . 006 acre of wetlands but there are regulated areas associated with the three wetland areas adjacent to the lot being created. 2 . Peter R. A sample copy of the letter has been submitted. 4 . It appears as though the limits of wetlands have been flagged. The symbol for the wetland limits should be included in the legend; information regarding who determined the limits of the wetlands should be stated on the plan. A copy of the Soil Scientist' s report and verification of the limits as shown on the plans should also be submitted. 5 .
