Are there any liquor outlets within the restricted area? Yes
(If yes, submit a list of the liquor outlets, their locations and distances from the property
in question.)
The subject premises is currently operating under a permit issued 10/2/86.
Is this property within 500 feet of another town line? No.
State clearly the unusual hardship or exceptional difficulty that prompts this application,
and indicate why other options are unacceptable. (Use a separate sheet of paper if necessary) .
The loss of a liquor license would put the applicant at a competative disadvantage.
At the time the business was established, the day care facility within 500 feet did not
exist. Although the church is within 500 feet of the lot on which the applicant's premises
are located, it appears that well over 500 feet separate the two buildings. The option of
relocating the applicant's business is not feasible due to a lack of suitable alternate
sites in the area.
