At present, our facility has some 98 , 000 sa. ft. in 6 buildings, and
impervious coverage of approximately 78 .60 . Subsequent to construction of our
last building, the PZC adopted a zoning amendment imposing a maximum impervious
coverage (building & pavement) of 750 . We only learned of this recently from
our engineering consultant. In order to meet client reauirements, we must ex-
pand our facility through construction of a 30 ,000 sq. ft. addition, which would
bring us to 128 ,000 sq. ft. of buildings and 89 . 6% impervious coverage. Our
hardships are: 1) we have no other location to place the addition; 2) we have
n p nnin for this addition for some time; 3 we need this addition to re-
tain our estisned clients; is zoning amendment was a surprise to us a
as such we had no opportunity to comment. The addition is nearly 600 ft. from
Route 30 and in the middle of a large industrial zone. Thank you.
